Contact DialerBee support through your usual support channel.

Include:

• the X-Request-ID of the request; it is in every response and in every error body as request_id. It looks like req_01K6BZ3M9X4T7Q2V8N5R6P1W0C (req_...), or like edge_7c1e9a3f5b2d4c6e8a0f1b3d5e7c9a2b (edge_...) when the edge answered before the request reached the API;
• the operation (method and path), the time and your API client's name;
• the HTTP status and the error code.

Never send an API key, a webhook secret or personal data to support. The request id is enough for DialerBee to find the request.
